Estimates do not include unforeseen conditions or additional work discovered during installation.
5. Deposits and Payments
Once a customer accepts a proposal, a deposit is required to begin fabrication or reserve materials.

Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication begins or materials are ordered.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, or major credit cards.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in additional fees or project delays.
6. Scheduling and Installation
We pride ourselves on our 10-day installation commitment; however, schedules may be adjusted due to:

Changes requested by the customer

Delays beyond our control
We will always communicate updates promptly and work to complete every project as quickly and safely as possible.
7. Materials and Variations
Natural and engineered stones are unique by nature.
Southern Stoneworks is not responsible for:

Minor color variations, veining differences, or pattern changes in stone slabs.

Small surface pits or fissures that are characteristic of natural stone.
We use state-of-the-art laser cutting and seam alignment technology to ensure precise installations, but natural variations are part of the beauty of stone surfaces.
8. Warranty and Repairs
Southern Stoneworks stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Our installation warranty covers defects in workmanship for one year from the date of installation.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials such as quartz, granite, and marble.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
